TRECA TRACESSM (Surveys)

The TRECA TRACESSM is our survey driven process analysis tool.  TRECA TRACES topics are based on key processes typically defined by patient flow, work flow, cash flow or capital flow.  These surveys seek to identify the key drivers in each key process and their corresponding performance measures.  Survey questions are revised quarterly and respondents are asked to update their information annually.  Available information is reported to each participant on the TRECA TRACES Viewscreen comparing key hospital indicators to aggregate responses in the database.
